High Risk Work.Govt Licence/Authority.DG - Dogging

  • If licence has not yet been received by applicant, a temporary document titled 'Notice of Assessment' can be accepted for a period of 60 days from the completion date

  • A letter from the issuing organisation may also be accepted as a temporary document for one month from the issue date on the letter

  • High risk licence renewal receipts can be accepted for a period of 4 weeks from the receipt date.

 

  • Name on Licence to match the person registered

  • Class/code must be listed

  • Accepted Class / Codes include DG, RB, RI, RA (any single code or combination is accepted)

  • Black and white or colour acceptable

  • Must be issued on Work safe or relevant Government Authority High Risk Licence

  • Only the front of this licence is required to be displayed in the file upload

  • Issue Date = As per supplied evidence

    • Note: Occasionally HRWL's will be uploaded with an issue date recorded that is a date in the future. This can be accepted by recording the expiry date only in Onsite with the knowledge that the 'forward date' on the HRWL is a result of continuation from a previous licence end date when renewal is complete

 

  • Expiry Date =

    • For licence: Expiry Date = As per licence

    • For Notice of Assessment: Expiry Date = 60 days from completion date

    • For letter from issuing organisation: Expiry Date = 1 month from Issue Date on letter

    • For renewal receipt: Expiry Date = 4 weeks from receipt date

  • For the Statement of Attainment or Transcript:

    • Applicants name to be shown on document

    • Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable

      Note: Cards are accepted in lieu of statement of attainment certificates providing they show the relevant statement of attainment unit of competency as well as all other necessary information relating to applicant details and RTO details

      Note: Temporary / Interim statement of attainment evidence or letters indicating they are for temporary issue until statement of attainment certificate is provided to applicant is acceptable for a period of 4 weeks only from the date of the training being complete which should be indicated on the letter providing it has been issued by an RTO and indicates completion of a nationally recognised unit code

  • Must include:

    • RTO Name, Code and Logo

    • Units of competency code and name, date completed

      • Pegasus Administrators to click HERE for additional information on checking superseded unit of competency codes

    • Must include either a page of the passport document that shows the applicants name OR include a copy of the applicants photo identification card that shows their name within the uploaded file as a declaration that the stamped page of the passport does belong to this applicant.

 

  • Uploaded document must also include page of passport that shows ‘Environmental’ or Enviro as having been achieved with:

    • Ausgrid / Energy Australia stamp being shown on this page

    • Date of Training

    • Trainer / Assessor Name

    • Signature

 

  • Ausgrid Certificate of Completion or screenshot of training is accepted. It must show:

    • Environmental Management and Sustainability or Environmental Awareness Assessment

    • Contractors Name

    • Date of completion

Record the Issue date within Onsite:

  • Completion date - if listed on certificate (this completion date is always used when displayed)

  • Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date
