• Name on certificate / welder qualification record to match

• Issued by an RTO (Nationally recognised training logo) OR AS2214 accredited welding supervisor OR NATA accredited test facility

• AS1554 to be listed - weld test pieces qualified to a minimum standard of AS1554.1 Cl.4.12 for SP class welding processes for:

  1. 16mm plate sections

  2. Weld types of Butt, Fillet

  3. Weld positions of horizontal, vertical

  4. Weld processes of GMAW (gas metal arc welding), MMAW (manual metal arc welding), FCAW (flux cored arc welding)

• Black and White or Colour is acceptable

• Issue Date = As per certificate

• Expiry Date = None
