  • Applicants name must be shown on the certificate
  • Applicants name on document to match applicants name in Onsite (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)
  • Document uploaded to this competency could be a statement of attainment or a card or certificate showing completion of a  unit showing Manual Handling.
  • HLTWHS005- Conduct Manual Task Safely OR TLID0020 - Shift materials safely using manual handling methods can be accepted
  • Must be issued by a registered training organisation
