Tradesperson.Qualified.Relevant to role, Trade licence or equivalent documentation

Note: Certificate of Proficiency are NOT accepted in lieu of the licence upload

 

When licence is uploaded:

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

  • Licence clearly showing Trade to be uploaded

  • Must be issued by relevant state Government Authority in NSW

  • Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

 

When invoice (for new contractor licence) has been uploaded:

  • Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

  • Relevant Trade with a Q displayed on the licence OR similar to be listed

  • Date of receipt to be displayed on the invoice

  • Contractor number to be displayed on document

  • Must be issued by relevant state government authority

  • Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted

  • Issue Date = None

 

  • Expiry Date:

    • For licence: Expiry Date = As per licence

    • For invoice: Expiry Date = 4 weeks from invoice date

 

Plumber.Certificate III.Plumbing (or Equivalent)

  • Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

  • Evidence for this competency can be a qualification issued by a Register Training Organisation (RTO) or governing body (Pegasus Administrators to click HERE for Internal Process on checking RTO’s)

  • The qualification must be a Certificate III

  • The qualification must show reference to Plumbing

Issue Date:

  • If Completion Date or Training Date is listed on certificate: Record this as the Issue Date

  • If only an Issue Date is listed: Record this as the Issue Date

Expiry Date:

  • Expiry Date = None
