• Any Drivers Licence Class is accepted

• Must be an Australian Drivers Licence

• Licence must be valid / in date

• Colour copy OR black and white copy required

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Only front side of drivers licence required to be shown

• Issue date = None

• Expiry date = As shown on the licence

• Applicants name on documentation must exactly match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• Must be a Government Issued passport document

• Passport must be valid / in date

• Colour copy of passport required

• Issue date = As shown on the Passport

• Expiry date = As shown on the Passport

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.John Holland - Proof of Age Card

• Applicants name on documentation must exactly match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• Must be issued by a State government

• Must include a photo

• Issue date = As shown on card

• Expiry date = None
