• Applicants name to be displayed on the document

• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

• Accepted Documents are:
  Rail Safety awareness card issued by SA Government

• Only the front of the card is required to be shown

• Black and white or colour copy is accepted

• Issue date = 3 years prior to the expiration date shown on the card

• Expiry date = none (despite being shown on the card)

Please upload, to the relevant competency, a certificate issued by one of MTM’s authorised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providers:

• Metro Academy

• Centre for Excellence in Rail Training (CERT)

• John Holland Group (Or Accell showing JH Logo)

• The Instruction Company

• Skilled Rail Services

Relevant competencies are:

• Track Safety Awareness MTM Level 1

• TLIF2080A Safely access the rail corridor

• TLIF2080B Safely access the rail corridor

• TLIF2080C Safely access the rail corridor

• MTM - Train Track Safety Awareness

• A Metro Track Protection card cannot be used for any grouped competency.

The full TTSA training course provided by authorised RTO will provide participants:

• Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080, and

• Certificate for MTM Safely and Environmental Induction

Where someone already has a TLIF2080 issued by any RTO, applicants will need to complete the Metro Contractor Safety Induction Recertification. The course will provide participants certificates for:

• Metro Contractor Safety Induction recertification

• MTM Safely and Environmental Induction

• Issue date = date of completion

• Expiry date = none

Track Safety Awareness or Equivalent

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document

• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

• Statement of Attainment showing Track Safety Awareness / Safely Access the Rail Corridor (TLIF2080A, B or C) to be uploaded. We can also accept RISI/ NTSA /TSA/ Train Track Safety Awareness (Victoria) - Statement of Attainment (preferred) or Card (both sides scanned) Issued by a registered training organisation.

• Please note only certain versions of the Railcorp RISI card are accepted.

Evidence that is Not Accepted for this competency:

• RailCorp Rail Safety Gold Card will not be accepted. Original Statement of Attainment required

• South Australia Government DPTI Card for Rail Safety Awareness

• Issue date = date of completion

• Expiry date = none

Rail.Certificate of Achievement. Victorian Track Safety Awareness Level 1

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document

• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

• Certificate must show completion of 'Victorian Level 1 Train track Safety Awareness

• Certificate must be issued by registered training organisation (rto)

• Issue date = date of completion

• Expiry date = none

• Applicants name to be displayed on the document

• Applicant name on document must match the cardholders registered name (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' will be accepted

• QR – Safely Access the Rail Corridor is specific training required by Queensland Rail and is conducted by approved registered training organisations.

• This competency has a 3 year expiry.

• Completion of this competency requires completion of:

• TLIF2080 Safely access the rail corridor

• TLIW2001 Operate under track protection rules

• Expiry date is to be set for 3 year from date of certificate being attained.

• Where a gap assessment is completed only the following training organisations are authorised to issue:

• Centre of Excellence in Rail Training (CERT)

Evidence accepted for this competency are:

• TfNSW issued RISI or Gold Card are accepted

• Expired cards are acceptable

• Issue date = date of completion shown on card

• Expiry date = none (despite the card showing an expiration date)

TFNSW

• Southern Cross Rail Training – cannot accept a qualification issued between 30/05/2014 and 20/1/2016

• Issue date = date of completion shown on evidence

• Expiry date = none

TFNSW

• This competency is for people who have already received a Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080 Safely Access the Rail Corridor, from a non-approved RTO.

• Please upload a RISI gap assessment (certificate of completion) from an approved registered training organisation WITH a copy of your original Statement of Attainment showing TLIF2080 is required

• Issue date = date of completion shown on evidence

• Expiry date = none (despite the evidence showing an expiration date)

Rail.Qualified.V/line - Safely access rail corridor

• Applicants name must be displayed on the uploaded evidence
  
  If issued by a training organisation outside of Pegasus:

• Statement Of Attainment must be issued by a RTO and includes Nationally Recognised Training logo

• Must be a current Statement of Attainment, showing TLIF2080 (A,B,C) Safely Access the Rail Corridor

• Must have date of completion that is less than 2 years ago
  
  If issued by Pegasus:

• Online Course Completion Certificate will be issued

• Safely Access the Rail Corridor Assessment will be listed as course (with version and event ID details)

• 'Pass' should be indicated as exam result

• Must have date of completion that is less than 2 years ago
