• Full Day MDG15 Awareness Training should be shown on the document

• Issued by an RTO / Nationally Recognised Training logo

• TRG - Hot Work (Cutting and Welding) at Mines and Petroleum Sites to be listed

• Issue date must be within the last 3 years

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• If card is supplied, front and back of the card must be provided.

• Issue date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = 3 years from the date of issue
