• HLTCPR211 - Perform CPR to be listed (version A, B, C etc. acceptable)

• HLTAID001 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is accepted

• Issued by an RTO with the Nationally Recognised Training logo

• Duration = 12 months

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date: As listed on the certificate

• Expiry date: 1 year from the issue date

• Document must be a Certificate

• Issued by Australian Government

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Medicare Immunisation History Statements can be accepted
