ORDER 43 / 45 MEDICAL

For employees under the company BHP COAL PTY LTD:

•  

  • Can upload the medical results pages/traffic light page for Order 43 / 45

  • All future Medicals without the Traffic Light page can be approved for BHP workers only.

For contractors and sub-contractors: anyone who is NOT an employee of BHP COAL PTY LTD or Thiess PTY LTD at Mt Arthur.

Unrestricted – Green Determination

Drug and Alcohol Screening

If the Alcohol test result is greater than 0.000% then the application will be returned to the company for re-submission

NOTE: Labour hire companies (Programmed, One Key & Dreampath/ Protech) are required to have their medicals processed by health@thiess.com.au

Restricted – Amber Determination

Drug and Alcohol Screening

If the Alcohol test result is greater than 0.000% then the application will be returned to the company for re-submission

AMBER PROCEDURE – Medical / Health Management Plan (MMP / HMP)

Mt Arthur South Procedure

If the medical result being submitted is AMBER/RED/RESTRICTED, the company must supply a declaration on their company letterhead stating that:

• Issue Date = date of examination

• Expiry Date = 3 years (unless a review date is listed then enter the expiry as the earliest expiring date)
