• Name on certificate to match the person registered

• Must list - NECCNW001

• Issued by an NECA (National Electrical and Communications Association)

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

•  Issue date to be recorded

•  Expiry = 2 years from Issue Date

Building& Construction. Statement of Attainment. RIIHAN307- Conduct Vehicle Loading crane operations (<10 Tonne)

• Applicants name on document to match applicants name in Onsite (However shortened first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are accepted)

• Document provides evidence of training by a manufacturer or distributor for a vehicle loading must state course code RIIHAN307

• Issue date : As displayed on the high risk licence

• Applicant name displayed on document to match name of applicant that is registered in system

• Must be an Australian Government Authority issued demolition licence

• Must contain the name of the Training organisation

• RTO Name, National Provider Code / RTO Number & Logo to be displayed on document

  • correct unit of competency is to be clearly show Conduct Directional Drilling.

• Must be signed by individual and direct supervisor.

• Must show minimum of 2 years work experience (or have selected >26 weeks on form)
