Qualification.Certificate.Qualified Supervisor Certificate - Electrical Work

When Licence is uploaded:

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• ‘Electrician’ with a Q displayed on the licence OR ‘Supervisor electrician’ OR similar to be listed

• Screenshots from websites are not accepted - Must be copy of the Licence

• Must be issued by a relevant Australian state government authority with corresponding logo shown on licence EG NSW Department of Fair Trading

• Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted

When Invoice (For new contractor Licence) has been uploaded:

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

• ‘Electrician’ with a Q displayed on the licence OR ‘Supervisor electrician’ OR similar to be listed

• Date of receipt to be displayed on the invoice

• Contractor number to be displayed on document

• Must be issued by relevant state government authority

The date of expiration on the evidence should be recorded as the date which is calculated to be 4x weeks from the date of renewal completion

Electrical.Certificate III.Engineering - Electrical/Electronic Trade

• Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher)

• A qualification issued by a Register Training Organisation (RTO)

• The qualification must be a Certificate III.

• The qualification must show: MEM30205 Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical

• Issue Date = Date of completion shown on certificate

• Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on document

• Actual copy of certificate / degree is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this.

• Completion date or issue date must be displayed

• Accepted course codes:

  • UEE30811

  • UTE31199

Note: Evidence of Qualification.Licence.Electrical  or Qualification.Certificate.Qualified Supervisor Certificate - Electrical Work is accepted as evidence. To be awarded either licence required the applicant to provide evidence of current or equivalent qualification to NSW Fair Trading.

Certificate II in ESI -Asset Inspection and Testing

• Name on documentation to match the person registered (Shortened version of name is accepted EG. Chris for Christopher)

• A qualification issued by a Register Training Organisation (RTO)

• The qualification must be a Certificate II

• The qualification must show: Certificate II in ESI – Asset Inspection and Testing or be listed as a superseded certificate as per https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/UET20621

• Issue Date = Date of completion shown on certificate

  • AUR30320 (or older)– Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
