Explosives.Licence.NSW - HLW Explosives Licence

• Applicants name and photo to be shown on licence document

• Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• Licence Document to be issued by SafeWork NSW and Include:

  • Expiry Date

  • Licence Number

  • Holders DOB

  • Statement “Issued under the NSW Explosives Act and Explosives Regulation”

• Record the Expiry date within Onsite

Security.Licence.HLW Security Clearance (NSW Explosives Act and Explosives Regulation)

• Applicants name to be shown on licence document

• Applicants name on document must match cardholders registered name (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• Licence Document to be issued by NSW EPA and include:

  • Expiry Date

  • Licence Number

  • Condition Name and Description

• Record the Expiry date within Onsite
