Rail.Induction.Rail Industry Safety Induction (RISI)

Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

Statement of Attainment showing Track Safety Awareness / Safely Access the Rail Corridor (TLIF2080A, B or C) to be uploaded. We can also accept RISI/ NTSA /TSA/ Train Track Safety Awareness (Victoria) - Statement of Attainment (preferred) or Card (both sides scanned) Issued by a registered training organisation.
Please note only certain versions of the Railcorp RISI card are accepted.
Evidence that is Not Accepted for this competency:

RailCorp Rail Safety Gold Card will not be accepted. Original Statement of Attainment required
South Australia Government DPTI Card for Rail Safety Awareness

Contractor.Authority.Contractor Mine Operator Authority Form

• Fields for Contractor Name, Signature, date, witness must be completed.

• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite. 

• Company name must be listed however may vary from the employer on record.

• Must be fully completed

• Name to be listed and must match person registered

• Results page or Authorisation page of a CMI form

Rail.Induction.Rail Safety Worker card

• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite.

• Rail Industry Worker card OR Rail Safety Worker Card (issued by Pegasus) can be accepted

• Black and white or colour copy is acceptable

• Rail industry worker or Rail Safety Worker logo to be present

• Issue date as per card (If no issue date listed please go off the processed date)

• No expiry date to be recorded
