• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
  Must show title of Practising Certificate

• Must contain text allowing practice of role: Undermanager of underground coal mines

• Issued by NSW Government Authority

• Must be current

Mining.Certificate.Mine Engineering Manager of Underground Coal Mines

• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• Must show Practicising Certificate – Mining engineering manager of underground coal mines

• Issued by NSW Government, Coal Competence Board or Resources Regulator
