First Aid. Certificate. Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009)

Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)
Document must be a Statement of Attainment
HLTCPR211 - Perform CPR to be listed (version A, B, C etc. acceptable)
HLTAID001 and HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation is accepted
UETTDRRF04 can be accepted
Issued by an RTO with the Nationally Recognised Training logo
Duration = 12 months
Must be clearly scanned and legible
Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue date: As listed on the certificate
Expiry date: 1 year from the issue date

First Aid. Certificate. Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)
