Building & Construction.Govt Licence/Authority.Contractors Licence

Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name
Building contractor to be listed
Must be issued by a relevant Australian state government authority with corresponding logo shown on licence e.g. NSW Department of Fair Trading or Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC)
Duration as shown on licence
Black and white or colour is acceptable

NOTE: Evidence of the licence renewal from the relevant State licence lookup (example doc provided). This needs to show

Licence number,
Name of person
Start and expiry date (needs to show that it is current)

This can be approved for a period of 60 days from the receipt date.

Date of completion to be recorded as the issue date in Onsite (If there is one shown on documentation)
Date of expiration shown on licence should be recorded as the expiration date in Onsite
