If applicants have ticked 'yes' to signing onto a Schindler SWMS, they only need to upload the first page (which still needs to be signed)

For the Schindler Template - Managing Director or Project Managers signatures are required to be shown

For Companies own template - signature is not required
Names of companies own documents: Safety Plan, OHSE Management Plan and Manual, Site safety plan

This certification does not expire however for the purpose of Onsite entry, please enter the date which is calculated to be 30 years from the issue date
