High Risk Work.Course.Working at Heights - Electrical 17025, 23229, 10509

The required evidence will be one of the following:

•  

  • Certificate or competency card or academic transcript issued from a NZQA accredited training organisation showing completion of unit standards 17025, 23229, 10509 content OR Working at Height Electrical course

  • Certificate or competency card issued from Connexis showing completion of Height Safety and Rescue course

  • NZQA Record of Achievement showing completion of the following unit standards 17025, 23229, 10509

• Multiple Combined Certificates may be used. In that case, the earliest expiry date must be applied.

• Date of training completion or date of unit standards achieved must be visible

• Where assessor / trainer signature section is shown on the evidence, this must be completed

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Workforce Management (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

    • Chorus WTC 3 Overhead network OR Electricity supply core skills (WTC3), or refresher certificate

• Date of training completion or date of unit standards achieved must be visible

• Where assessor / trainer signature section is shown on the evidence, this must be completed

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Workforce Management (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

• The required evidence will be one of the following:

    • Chorus WTC 2 Elevated Work Platforms or Refresher Certificate combined with the course transcript showing Unit standards achieved/refreshed from a NZQA accredited training organisation

  • Where assessor / trainer signature section is shown on the evidence, this must be completed

  • Date of training completion or date of unit standards achieved must be visible

• Must state “requirements of NZECP46:2003”
