Hazard identification.Awareness.Chemical/hazardous substance awareness

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must state completion of either:

  • Chemical / Hazardous Substance Awareness; OR

  • eCircle of Safety; OR

  • Jasol Chemical Handling and Hazard Awareness Training; OR

  • Absorb Chemical Awareness

• Must be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or EcoLab for eCircle of Safety

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date to be recorded as shown on the evidence

• Expiry: 2 years from the issue date on the evidence

Working at Height.Certificate.Work at Heights Awareness

• Applicants name to be shown on document and must match cardholders registered name in Onsite (however shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is acceptable)

• Must be issued by a Registered Training Organisation

• Black and white or color is acceptable

• Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Issue Date to be entered as date of training completion

• Expiry date to be entered as 2 years from the issue
