Safety.-.Traffic / Safety Qualifications

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must state completion of Traffic / Safety Qualification

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date to be recorded as per evidence

• Expiry is 2 years from the issue date on the evidence unless only a 1 year card/ticket, then yearly

• Evidence must state Traffic Control Card

• Duration as listed on card

• Must be current

• Must be issued by Relevant Government Authority

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue and Expiry date to be recorded as shown on the card
