Agriculture.Licence.Game Licence (GMA)

• Applicants name to be displayed on licence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Licence must be issued by the Victorian State Goverment

• Licence must state Victorian Game Licence

• Must be current

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue Date = not required

Expiry Date = Not Valid After date shown on licence

Agriculture.Licence.Category A/B Longarm Licence (VIC)

• Applicants name to be displayed on licence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Licence must be issued by the Victorian Police Department

• Licence must state A/B Longarm 

• Must be current

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

Issue Date = not required

Expiry Date = as shown on licence
