Pest Control.Qualified.Technician

• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must state Pest Control Qualified Technician

• Must be issued by Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date to be recorded as reflected on the evidence

• Expiry date is 2 years from the issue date on the evidence unless only a 1 year card/ticket, then yearly
