• Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name (however shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Evidence must state Registered Cabler's Licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Issue date to be recorded as per licence

• Expiry: 2 years from the issue date on the evidence unless only a 1-year card/ticket, then yearly
