Signals.Statement of Competency.CRN - Authorisation Signals Design ID 68248 This competency rule was last updated by the rail operator on 07/03/2017	This competency is to ensure Signal Designers are current with their SOC The SOC must clearly show the name as per the competency Valid for JHGCRN Works ONLY	Please upload a copy of the JHG CRN Issued SOC. MUST Have CRN and JHG Logo Must be PDF version ONLY Signed by the applicant and Certification by Senior Engineer It must be dated by both signatories It expires 3 years no exception from the date by the Certification by Senior Signal Engineer Dates as per certificate only

MUST Have CRN and / or John Holland Logo Must be PDF version ONLY Signed by the applicant and Certification by Senior Engineer It must be dated by both signatories It expires 3 years no exception from the date by the Certification by Senior Signal Engineer unless the waiver document has been uploaded which expires in 3 months Dates as per certificate only

Training in Safeworking processes and updates on changes to signalling procedures Waiver Document (See example 3) is acceptable for 3 month period Waiver document must be signed by ‘Principal Signal Engineer’	Dates as per certificate only MUST Have CRN and / or John Holland Logo Valid for 3 years unless the waiver document has been uploaded which expires in 3 months Approved issued from Competency Australia Persons that have completed a Bridging course is also Acceptable, if ARTC to CRN Wording of Certification or Recertification are both acceptable
Country Regional Network Signal Safeworking This competency rule was last updated by the rail operator on 12.02.2019	Those signalling infrastructure/Safeworking activities will require this. training in Safeworking processes and updates on changes to signalling procedures Waiver Document (See example 1) is acceptable for 3 month period Waiver document must be signed by ‘Principal Signal Engineer’	Dates as per certificate only Valid for 3 year unless the waiver document has been uploaded which expires in 3 months Approved issued from Competency Australia Persons that have completed a Bridging course is also Acceptable, as long :…to CRN Wording of Certification or Recertification are both acceptable
