When Invoice (For new contractor Licence) has been uploaded: Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name ‘Electrician' or similar to be listed Date of receipt to be displayed on the invoice Contractor number to be displayed on document Must be issued by relevant state government authority - NSW issued licences Only are accepted – No other states Black and white or coloured copy of evidence can be accepted
When Licence is uploaded: Expiry Date = The date of expiration on the evidence
When Certificate is uploaded:
Issue date = As listed on certificate
Expiry Date = Not required
When Invoice (For new contractor Licence) has been uploaded: The date of expiration on the evidence should be recorded as the date which is calculated to be 4x weeks from the date of renewal completion
Applicants name to be shown on documentation Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) Must show completion of: RIIRIS301D (previously RIIRIS301B, RIIRIS301A, MNCG1001A or QMS1); and • Mine Electrician Certificate (All Coal Mines or Open-cut Coal Mines)¹ granted under the Coal Mining Act 1925; or • A Degree in Electrical Engineering, and possession of the following units² – UEENEEE013B (previously UTENES602BA), UEENEEE110A (previously UEENEEE010B, UTENES603BA), UEENEEG169A (previously UEENEEG069B, UTENES606BA), RIIRAI609D (previously RIIRAI609A, MNCG1090A), or • A Diploma in Electrical Engineering and possession of the following units²– UEENEEE013B (previously UTENES602BA), UEENEEE110A (previously UEENEEE010B UTENES603BA), UEENEEG169A (previously UEENEEG069B,UTENES606BA), RIIRAI609D (previously RIIRAI609A, MNCG1090A), or • An Electrical Worker's Licence and possession of the following units² – UEENEEE013B (previously UTENES602BA), UEENEEE110A (previously UEENEEE010B, UTENES603BA), UEENEEG169A (previously UEENEEG069B, UTENES606BA), RIIRAI609D (previously RIIRAI609A,MNCG1090A), or • Possession of equivalent electrical qualifications Note 1 A NSW Certificate of Competency as a Mine Electrical Engineer, or a NSW Certificate of Competency as a Mine Electrical Engineer for an Opencut Mine, is also acceptable. Note 2 These units form part of the Diploma of Mine Electrical Engineering (RII) and the Advanced Diploma of Electrical Engineering – Coal Mining (UEE)

Applicants name to be shown on documentation Applicants name must match (However shortened versions such as 'Chris' for Christopher can be accepted) Recognised Training Institution name to be displayed on document Actual copy of certificate is required. Letters are not accepted in lieu of this. Completion date or issue date must be displayed Course title to be listed on certificate 'High Voltage Electrician' Document / Certificate / Number must be displayed
Record the Issue date within Onsite: Completion date - if listed on certificate (this completion date is always used when displayed) Issue date - If only an issue date is listed please enter this as the issue date
