Rail.Qualified.Rail Industry Workers Card

 Name on Card to match the person registered
 Acceptable card types:
 Pegasus RSW Card
 Pegasus RIW card with the RSW sticker over it
 RIW (MTA) card
 Must be in colour
 Applicable card logo to be present

Issue date = Not required
Expiry date = as listed on card

If no expiry is listed on the card the expiry will need to be approved according to the date thats been input by the contracting company administrator
