Identity.-.Proof of Identification

• The required evidence will be one of the following:

  • Passport - current or expired for less than 2 years - front page with photo; OR

  • Current New Zealand driver’s licence – both sides required if expiry date is at the back of the licence

• Must display expiry date

• Must display Passport Number or Diver's licence Number

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue date= As per evidence

• Expiry date= As per evidence for NZ Driver’s licence OR 2 years after Passport expiry date
