Asbestos removal.Licence.Asbestos Removal Class A - certified supervisor

• The required evidence will be:

  • A certificate or competency card/licence issued by Worksafe New Zealand for Class A asbestos removal.

• Course completion date must be visible and current

• Expiry date must be visable

• Company name must match worker's company registered in Workforce management

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date= Licence issue date on certificate

• Expiry Date=As per certificate (5 years from issue date)

• Expiry date must be visable

• Company name must match worker's company registered in Workforce management

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date= Licence issue date on certificate
