Pest Control.Qualified.NZ Certificate in Pest Operations Level 3

• The required evidence will be either a:

  • NZQA record of achievement showing completion of the following: National or New Zealand Certificate in Pest Operations (Level 3) OR Pest Management: Pest Control (level 3) OR Pest Management (Level 4) (or higher level); OR

  • Certificate mentioning one of the above qualifications AND the NZQF/NZQA mention.

• Course completion date must be visible

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted).

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date= Course completion date

• Expiry Date= No expiry date
