Fabrication Metal & Welding.Qualified.NZ Certificate level 4

• The required evidence will be one of the following:

  • Certificate of completion of a NZ Certificate in Engineering – Fabrication (Level 4), OR NZ Certificate in Advanced pressure pipe welding (level 4), or equivalent national certificate or higher qualification; OR

  • NZQA record of achievement showing achievement of the above qualification or higher level qualification

• Course completion date must be visible

• Applicant’s name should be displayed on the evidence and should match the applicant’s name that is registered in Pegasus (However shortened versions of names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' is accepted)

• Copy must be clear and legible

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date= Course completion date

• Expiry Date= No expiry date
