Accepted forms of evidence are:

· Certificate verifying completion of full qualification (EG Copy of Degree, Certificate of Proficiency, Trade Certificate

· Completion of apprenticeship papers

· Licence or ticket that verifies full qualification

· Website screenshot from relevant state gov authority website verifying trade qual

· Letter from training organisation or state gov authority verifying the full qualification

Evidence that is not accepted:
