Site.Authorised.Induction Approval

• Induction Approval Form to be completed and signed off by site

• In order to receive an induction approval you will need your Orica contact to email their Orica Manager with the following information:

  • Contractor company name - Be aware that either the entity name OR business / trading name[s] which are listed on https://abr.business.gov.au/ can be accepted.

  • Contractor company contact

  • Name of individual contractor[s]

  • Level of access required for each contractor (L1 – L6, the same as the old induction forms)

• You will receive an email with this approval once it is completed to be uploaded into portal.

• Issue date = date of authoriser sign off on form

• Expiry Date = None

Company.Induction.Truck Driver

• Induction Approval Form to be completed and signed off by site

• In order to receive an induction approval you will need your Orica contact to email their Orica Manager with the following information:

  • Contractor company name (exactly as it appears in the Pegasus Client Portal)

  • Contractor company contact

  • Name of individual contractor[s]

  • Level of access required for each contractor (L1 –L4, the same as the old induction forms)

• You will receive an email with this approval once it is completed to be uploaded into portal.

• Issue date = date of authoriser sign off on form

• Expiry Date = 1 year from date of issue

Site.Access.Site Familiarisation & Site.Access.Orica Inducted Contractor

If a contractor calls regarding the Access key for Orica and they DO NOT have the Site Familiarisation or the Orica Inducted Contractor competencies, they MUST be referred to the Security Gatehouse to have the competency assigned.
