Security Clearance to handle explosives and / or security sensitive dangerous substances

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted forms of evidence are:

  • SafeWork NSW showing authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid NSW explosives licence

  • WorkSafe VIC Security Clearance stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG"

  • QLD Explosive Security Clearance

  • LICENCE RENEWAL APPLICATION – Security Clearance Letter from SafeWork NSW on Letter Head Referencing individual Licence number is valid for 6 months.

  • Licence application/renewal receipt for individual valid for 6 months.

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Not required

• Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence

Security.License.High consequence dangerous goods - VIC

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted form of evidence is a SafeWork VIC issued Security Clearance

• WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted

• Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid VIC explosives licence

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Not required

• Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence

Security.License.Security Clearance - NSW

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted form of evidence is a Safework NSW issued Security Clearance

• Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid NSW explosives licence

• Must be NSW issued

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Not required

• Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence

Security.License.Explosives security clearance - QLD

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted form of evidence is a SafeWork QLD issued Security Clearance

• WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted

• Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid QLD explosives licence

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Not required

• Expiry Date = As displayed on evidence

Security.License.SSAN endorsement DL - NT

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted form of evidence is a SafeWork NT issued Security Clearance

• WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted

• Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid NT explosives licence

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

• Issue Date = Not required

Security.License.Security Cleared Person registration - SA

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• Accepted form of evidence is a SafeWork South Australia (SA) issued Security Clearance

• WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted

• Evidence will show authorisation type of: Security clearance to handle explosives and / or sensitive dangerous substances under a valid SA explosives licence

• Only require front of licence as mandatory

• Can be in colour copy OR black and white copy

Explosives.License.Dangerous Goods Security Card - WA

• Name on evidence must match the applicants name in the system

• If a date of birth is shown on the uploaded form of evidence, it must match the applicants DOB in the system.

• WorkSafe licence stating "Permit to have unsupervised access to HCDG" is accepted
