Certification for occupational diving | Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme certification Applicants name to be displayed on the uploaded evidence and must match applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable) The following information is shown on the front of every ADAS card:
– Name in full
– Date of birth
– ADAS number
– Certification expiry date in full
– Name of card group The back of each card provides details about the certification/s the person holds, including:
– The name of the certification
– Any endorsements held
– Any legislation modules held Evidence must show completion of either: Occupational SCUBA to 30M training OR; Occupational SSBA to 30m training OR; Diving Supervision – Occupational SCUBA to 30m (Part 1) OR; Diving Supervision – SSBA to 30m (Part 2) OR Diving Supervision – SSBA to 50m (Part 3)
Black and white or colour copy of evidence is accepted
