• Name on qualification to match the person registered

• Must state UETDRMP007

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue date to be recorded

NOTE: CPR and Rescue LV Panel Qualifications must be uploaded separately to Competencies provided 

• Issue Date = Date of completion

• Expiry Date = To be recorded 1 year from date of Completion

Electrical.Licence.Australian NSW Electrical Licence – Contractor

• Name on License to match the person registered

• Title of licence is “Contractor Licence”

• An Electrical qualification needs to be listed top left side

• Electrical Licence with a ‘Q’ indicated in the bottom right hand corner is accepted

• Black and white or colour acceptable

• Must be clearly scanned and legible

• Issue date to be recorded

• Expiry date on Licence

Issue Date = set issue date to expiry minus 5 years
Expiry Date = Date on Licence Card

• Name on License to match the person registered

• Title of licence is “Supervisor Certificate”

• An Electrical qualification needs to be listed top left side

• Issue date to be recorded

• Expiry date on Licence
