	Identity.-.Australian Passport Business Rule last updated by BHP 15/6/20	Australian Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name Valid Australian passport AND Utilities bill (Which provides applicants residential address) to be uploaded Must be issued by relevant Government Authority Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted If no Utilities Bill is available Contracting Company to supply letter outlining the following Must be on the contracting company’s letterhead and include: Company ABN Address and Contact Information Must state name of employee Residential Details for the employee Must be signed by one of the following types of contracting company representative: - Senior Manager - HSEC and Training Mentor Note: If the competency “Site.-.DO NOT USE – please use one of the options below” is selected, return the application and ask the user to resubmit by selecting one of the valid options.
