• Asbestos Removal Licence (Class A OR Class B) to be listed

• Screenshots from websites not acceptable

• Must be issued by Worksafe VIC

• Work Safe VIC Logo must be present

• Duration as per licence

• Colour or black and white scan is acceptable

Sole Trader - the name on the Licence to match the Sole Trader name registered system

Partnership – the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system

Company - the name on Licence to match either the Company name or can also be in an individual’s name

• Issue Date = As per licence if listed otherwise yesterdays date

• Expiry = As per licence

• Must be VIC issued

• Company Licence (can be an individual flagged as a representative of the company)

• Must be current

• Must show both sides

• Must display 'Electrical Contractor'

• Must be issued by Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) and display the Energy Safe Victoria logo

• Must be a full licence (no restrictions)

• Colour or black and white scan is acceptable
