  • Statement of competency on Company letterhead

    • The wording in the statement of competency must be relevant to the work role/s nominated

    • Signed by Manager (not the Contractor themselves)

  • A plant operator card

• Evidence must Clearly define that the contractor is competent to perform the role selected
