If a Sole Trader the licence can be in the name of an individual. No verification of name.

If a Partnership the name on the Licence to match one of the Partners name registered in the system

If a Company, the name on Licence to match the company registered


  • Building Service Provider- Registered Painting Contractor to be listed  
  • Screenshots from websites not acceptable
  • Must be issued by Government of Western Australia Building Commission and their logo must be present
  • Duration as per licence
  • Black and white or colour is acceptable
  • Issue Date = Start date if displayed or enter as yesterdays date
  • Expiry Date = as shown on LicenceÂ
