Photo must be of the registered applicant
Photo must display applicants head and face clearly
Photo must not be excessively cropped prior to upload as we need to see entire face / head in image when image has been cropped for system approval
- Photo must be original image (Or as a minimum, appear to be an original image when cropped for system approval) - Meaning it cannot be a photo of another photo EG Photo of applicants drivers licence photo (where licence watermark might be shown in image) or photo of a photo which is in a frame / on a print-out (where the quality and clarity of the image is degraded)
Applicant cannot be wearing hat in image
Applicant cannot be wearing sunglasses on face
Glasses with clear lenses can be accepted in image if the eyes are clearly visible.
Image of applicant must not be hindered by the background (eg. lights or images creating reflections on the person etc). Photo in car or photo outside is accepted if you can clearly see applicant's features, they’re front on to the camera and the background is clear of other people, signage, sensitive documentation etc
- Image of the applicant should not appear too far / too small in the photo
- Photos should not have filters or special effects applied
- Photo must be in colour - Black and white not accepted
