Crane Safe/Pile Safe Greensticker Report	Crane Safe / Pile Safe Sticker to be located on plant item Plant details to be displayed on evidence (Type and Model) Must be CraneSafe / Pile Safecertificate Owner name on certificate to match the company owning the plant item Duration as per expiry on certificate Black and white or colour (green) acceptable Only front of certificate needs to be shown when certificate is uploaded	Issue Date = As listed on the certificate Expiry Date = As listed on the certificate
