Motor Vehicle Certificate of Registration	Issued by TfNSW RMS or other state equivalent. RMS receipt number recorded. Expiry date not less than present date. High risk plant registration – new, renewal, replacing.	Must be issued by SafeWork NSW or equivalent other state authority. Expiry date must be > current date. Insurance.Property.Plant and Machinery

Business Name needs to match. If it doesn't match, government certified evidence must be provided to link the business names together. This is ideally a letter or download from ABR showing the linkage
Must display Mobile Plant and Equipment as the type
Must also include a schedule of items covered and how much they are insured for (usually in table format)
