Diver.Certificate.Occupational SCUBA to 30M

• Applicants name to be displayed on the uploaded evidence and must match applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Evidence must show completion of Occupational SCUBA to 30M training

• Black and white or colour copy of evidence is accepted

• Issue date to be recorded as date of training completion

• Applicants name to be displayed on the uploaded evidence and must match applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Evidence must show completion of Occupational SSBA to 30m training

Diver.Certificate.Onshore Diving Supervisor – SCUBA to 30m

• Applicants name to be displayed on the uploaded evidence and must match applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Evidence must show completion of Diving Supervision – Occupational SCUBA to 30m (Part 1)

• Black and white or colour copy of evidence is accepted

• Issue date to be recorded as date of training completion

Diver.Certificate.Onshore Diving Supervisor - SSBA to 30m

• Applicants name to be displayed on the uploaded evidence and must match applicants registered name in Onsite (However shortened versions of first names such as 'Chris' for 'Christopher' are acceptable)

• Evidence must show completion of Diving Supervision – SSBA to 30m (Part 2) OR Diving Supervision – SSBA to 50m (Part 3)

• Black and white or colour copy of evidence is accepted
