Operator.VOC.Diver - Construction

• The applicants name shown on this document needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• The matching competency name needs to be displayed on document

• Must be issued by a registered training organisation (RTO)

• Either black and white or colour copy of document is accepted

• The Issue date in Onsite should be recorded as the date of completion shown on the certificate

• The expiration date in Onsite should be recorded as the date which is calculated to be 2 years from the issue date
