Plant Risk Assessment
  • NOTE: The Risk Assessment doesn’t need to be updated unless the plant has been modified for another use eg. needs a new risk assessment for the modification and then no expiry after that.
  • Plant Risk Assessment to be conducted via manufacturer/supplier of plant or specialist risk assessment company.
  • Issue Date = As per date of completion on risk assessment
  • Expiry Date = No expiry date
