• Building contractor to be listed

• Duration as shown on licence

• Must be issued by NSW Department of Fair Trading with corresponding logo shown on licence

• Black and white or colour is acceptable

• Only licence accepted, cannot be a screen shot from the website

• Date of completion to be recorded as the issue date in Onsite (If there is one shown on documentation)

• Date of expiration shown on licence should be recorded as the expiration date in Onsite
