• Applicants name to be shown on document and this should match cardholders registered name

• Tradesperson Licence should be uploaded

• Motor Mechanic should be shown on the Licence

• Licence must be issued by Government appointed authority (EG NSW Fair Trading)

• Black and white or colour copy of document accepted

• Issue Date = Does not need to be recorded in Onsite

• Expiry Date = Should be recorded in Onsite as displayed on the licence
