Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Drivers Licence - Proof of ID

• Applicants name to be displayed

• Must be a valid Licence

• Date of Birth (DOB) must be shown and match applicant DOB in Onsite

• Black and white or colour is accepted

• International Drivers Licence is accepted

• Clear photo of the applicant

• Applicants first and last name

• Date of Birth

• Licence Number

• Expiry date

• Matching licence class must be displayed

Driver.Govt Licence/Authority.Drivers Licence - International

For Proof of ID Grouped Competency ONLY

•     Name on licence to match the name registered in the system

•     Photo (if shown) to match person

•     Must be current

•     Must be internationally issues licence

•     Only require front of licence as mandatory

•     Must be in colour

•     Scanned document to be clearly legible

• Record issue date (if shown)

• Expiry date to be recorded

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Passport

•     Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

•     Must be valid passport 

•     Date of Birth (DOB) must be shown and match applicant DOB in Onsite

•     Must be issued by relevant Government Authority

•     Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Photo on the ID must match the applicants photo on the data application

• Enter issue date as displayed on licence

• No Expiry date required

Identity.Govt Licence/Authority.Proof of Age Card

•     Applicants name to be displayed on uploaded evidence and to match applicants registered name

•     Valid Proof of Age card OR Photo Card to be uploaded

•     Must be issued by relevant Australian state Government Authority

•     Black and white or coloured copy of the document is accepted

• Photo on the ID must match the applicants photo on the data application

• Enter issue date as displayed on licence

• No Expiry date required
