- Construction card must be issued by the relevant state regulator (Workcover/Safework/Worksafe)
- Construction card from all states can be accepted provided the following must be stated:
- Date card was issued
- Unique identifying number
- Jurisdiction in which card was issued
- Must contain the card holder’s signature
- Exceptions under the following circumstances only:
- Construction induction certificate issued by a RTO is accepted as long it is valid within 60days after successful completion of induction training
- Confirmation letter or form that shows evidence of having ordered a replacement card issued by the relevant state regulator with an expiry of 4 weeks. Replacement card must be supplied.

- Industry Safety Induction Logo to be displayed on document except for completed eLearning course (see examples)
