Asbestos Awareness.Certificate.Asbestos Awarness Training

• The applicants name shown on this certificate needs to match the applicants registered name in Onsite

• Asbestos Awareness to be listed on certificate

• No unit code is required for to be displayed on the certificate

• Accepted types of certificates are:
  Certificate of completion
  Certificate of attendance

• Certificate is to be issued by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

• Either black and white or colour copies of certification is accepted

• Attendance Sheet 

•  The following completed trainings are also accepted as meeting the requirements for Asbestos Awareness Training:

  • CPCCDE3014A - Remove non-friable asbestos

  • CPCCDE3015A - Remove friable asbestos and

  • CPCCBC4051A - Supervise asbestos removal

• Date of completion to be recorded as issue date in Onsite

• No expiry date is required to be recorded

Asbestos.Registered.Payroll proof of direct employee of ACM licence holder

• Need to submit a MYOB, payroll statement or a doc as a proof that depicts that worker is a direct employee of the licensed asbestos removal company

• File format can be a jpg, doc or pdf

• They can black out / hide any personal info on that document like employee’s address, DOB, salary details, TFN etc.

• An exception to this would be the company owner – if he is engaged in asbestos work, he does not need to submit this.

·         No Expiry Date

Medical.Certificate.Health Surveillance - Asbestos

• Asbestos health surveillance medical report to be acquired from an occupational medical health centre showcasing that a worker is fit to engage in ACM works.
  OR

• A letter which must be issued by the employer on company letter head stating that the medical has been completed and is fit for work with asbestos.

• This is not just a spirometry test.

·         Issue date to be recorded

·         Expiry = 2 years from Issue Date
